Residential We require all customers to provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee
Commercial we require all customers to provide at least 7 days notice when cancelling or rebooking . Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Alternatively, we will offer one free appointment upon rescheduling.
Should we need to reschedule with less than 48-hours notice for residential and 7 days for Commercial, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking.
